As we move into the holiday season we have been encountering some unexpected cancellations due to weather and lower turn out due to holiday events. I understand that this is a busy season and I want to reassure everyone that things will settle down after New Years.
I was recently contacted by Harmony Cafe about our scheduled meeting time. They have recently changed their hours and they will no longer be offering the level of food they used to due to poor sales. They will still have coffee so I think it will still be a great place for us to meet but we need to setup a new meeting time.
These are the times that they have available.
Red Room
- Free every Saturday 8-9:30 am
- Free 1st, 2nd, and 4th Saturdays between 11:30am-9 pm (there is a 2-4 pm meeting in the 3rd Saturday, so for that day, the room is available 11:30am-2pm and 4pm-9pm)
Conference Room
- Free 8-10am
- Free 11:30am-2pm
- Free 5-9 pm
I’m thinking that we should pick a time at our next meeting and schedule to use this resource on 2 weekends a month. Since we generally only use it 2 times a month. This will make our event scheduling a little less flexible but will provide people who hear about us via Harmony Cafe more likely to find us.
